LAWN CARE
The Housing Authority of the city of Arkadelphia (AHA) request competitive bids from qualified Lawn Care Maintenance contractors regarding seasonal maintenance at 3 individual sites totaling 100 units. Beginning, March 15, 2024, through November 15, 2024, and 2025. The CB package will be available free of charge at the AHA office, located at 670 S 6th Street, Arkadelphia, AR 71923. All submittals must be received no later than March 5th, 2024, by the end of closing at 4:30 p.m. CST.
This BC contains specific submission requirements, anticipated scope, as well as terms, conditions and other pertinent information for submitting a proposal for this service. All proposals must be on the forms furnished per the instructions and submitted to the AHA. Questions regarding this proposal must be made in writing to: Chris Stacks at maintenance@arkadelphiahousing.org. All responses submitted are subject to these Instructions and Supplemental Instructions to offerors, General and Supplemental conditions, and all other requirements contained herein, all of which are made part of this Request for Proposal by reference.
